SWOS membership is available to all career grade ophthalmologists working in the South West of England and South Wales. Ophthalmologists in training grades are eligable for Associate Membership.

SWOS 2025 Meeting

Book your study leave, and submit your abstracts now  - this is a great opportunity to share your hard work with your regional collgagues so we can all learn (and there are cash prizes to be won)

 
Abstracts should be in ARVO ste format and emailed to Prof. Andrew McNaught at andy.mcnaught@icloud.com. Hint..please letus know if you've published your work, or plan to submit it to ARVO (to be in with extra chances of cash prizes - you've gotto be in ít to win it)

New colleagues can join SWOS by completing the membership form on the SWOS website and by setting up a yearly standing order (£20)

Membership helps to support SWOS in providing our annual meeting for all grades of Ophthalmologist from South Wales and the South West of England, and providing an opportunity for our trainees to meet and present their research.
